We are hiring Sales

Sales Representative

Find and win clients for our websites, business systems and apps: qualify leads, understand their needs and help our team prepare clear proposals.

  • Team: Sales
  • Type: Full-time
  • Location: Kampala (Mukwano Courts)

We build software that Ugandan businesses run on, from websites and online shops to hotel and operations systems. As a Sales Representative you will help more of those businesses find us and choose us.

You will own conversations from first contact to signed agreement: understanding what a client actually needs, bringing in our project and engineering leads for scoping, and following up until a decision is made. We sell honestly, with fixed quotes and no pressure tactics, so you will never be asked to promise what we cannot deliver.

What you will do

  • Build and work a pipeline of prospective clients such as hotels, shops, NGOs and firms.
  • Qualify inbound enquiries from the website, WhatsApp and referrals, and respond promptly.
  • Run discovery meetings to understand each client’s goals, budget and timeline.
  • Work with the projects team to prepare proposals and quotes, and present them clearly.
  • Follow up proposals, handle questions and objections, and close agreements.
  • Keep accurate records of every opportunity and report on your pipeline each week.
  • Hand new clients over smoothly to the projects and client success team.

What you bring

  • At least one year in B2B sales, business development or account management; experience selling technology or services is a plus.
  • Strong spoken and written English, and the confidence to present to business owners and managers.
  • Curious about how businesses work and able to learn our services quickly.
  • Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working towards agreed goals.
  • Honest and client-first: you would rather lose a deal than oversell.
  • Based in or able to travel around Kampala.
