One team from the first website to the full system

Most organisations we meet start with a website and soon need more: online bookings, a stock list that matches the shelves, fees that reconcile with the bank, or a dashboard the director can open on a phone. Because we build all of it, the website, the system behind it and the hosting work together instead of being three projects from three suppliers.

We build in-house in Kampala. You talk to the people who write the code, and you can meet us at Mukwano Courts on William Street.

Built for how Ugandan businesses actually work

Prices in UGX, Mobile Money and card payments through a gateway such as Pesapal, receipts your accountant accepts, and screens that work on the Android phones your staff already carry. Systems include staff roles, approvals and audit logs, so you can see who did what and when.

We use widely supported technology such as TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Flutter and React Native, so any competent developer can maintain the code later. You are never locked in to us.

Ready-made products or a custom build

If you run a hotel or a professional services firm, our ready-made products HMS and OMS cover most needs and cost far less than a custom build. You can try both live before talking to us. For schools, retailers, NGOs and anything unusual, we scope and build a system around your process.

Want to know what it costs? Starting prices and an instant estimate are on our pricing page, and every project gets a fixed written quote before any payment.

How we work

Clear steps, a written quote before any payment, and one team from start to finish.

  1. 01

    Free scoping call

We learn how your organisation works today, who will use the system and what has to change. In person at Mukwano Courts, at your premises or on a video call.

  2. 02

    Fixed written quote

You receive scope, timeline and price in writing. Nothing is charged before you approve it.

  3. 03

    Prototype and build

For systems we agree a clickable prototype first, so your team sees the screens before we write the code.

  4. 04

    Launch and training

We move your data in, train your staff and hand over a user guide.

  5. 05

    Hosting and support

We host, back up and monitor the system, with ongoing support available on a monthly plan.

Software Solutions: common questions

Straight answers to what clients ask before they start.

What software does Persmon Technologies build?

Business websites, online shops, web-based business systems (hotel, school, retail, operations, voting), Android and iOS apps, and the hosting and support that keep them running.

How much does a website or system cost in Uganda?

Website packages and starting prices are on our pricing page, which also has an instant estimate. Systems and apps depend on users, roles and features, so we quote them in writing after a free scoping call.

Do you work with businesses outside Kampala?

Yes. We work with organisations across Uganda and East Africa. Most of the work happens online, and we visit in person when it helps.

Who owns the code and the data?

Ownership terms are set in your written quote or contract. The data in your system stays in your organisation’s own database, and we can deploy to your own server if you prefer.

Can you take over a website or system someone else built?

Often, yes. We review the code and hosting first and tell you honestly whether it is better to fix, move or rebuild it.
